• Refunds: As cleaning is a very personal and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. If you are not satisfied, we will return to clean all areas for free in accordance with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is a problem, we guarantee our work. Contact our office before 11am the day after your cleaning (11am Monday for Friday cleaning) and we will endeavor to resolve the issue. I understand that Lane Cleaning Company does not reimburse any portion of the cleaning fee. The monthly fee for the listed services is [Monthly.FeeAmount] Lane Cleaning Company, LLC also offers three levels of cleaning: hiring lane cleaning company, LLC – All of our employees have signed a non-compete agreement with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. They are prohibited from obtaining transactions from customers on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties during their contract with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC or for 2 years after termination of the contract without the written permission of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC and a possible intermediation fee of $2,500.00. You agree to recruit former or current employees of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, for a period of at least 2 years from the date the employee worked for Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. There is a lot of time and resources spent on hiring and training our staff. If you believe that you need to hire an employee of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, an intermediation fee of $2,500.00 will be due immediately after the former/current employee`s employment, whether it is a regular or contract job. The periodic verification of this document is the responsibility of the person responsible for the business relationship (“document holder”).

The content of this document may, if necessary, be modified, provided that the main actors obtain mutual consent and are communicated to all interested parties. The document holder shall take into account all subsequent revisions and shall request, where appropriate, reciprocal agreements/authorisations. If you are a maid or an independent concierge, you can use a cleaning contract to manage your customers and keep your documents responsible. QUALITY CONTROL: Our quality control consists of home inspections and phone calls. A superior may enter your home during cleaning to ensure that standards are met. You can call yourself home or at work. We believe that inspections and customer contact are the best way to exceed your expectations and improve our high standards.
