Locums are generally considered self-employed, which means they are in order and up to pay their own tax and social security (NI) contributions and manage their accounts. The amount and nature of the NI contribution paid depends on the amount of money earned. Agreements on the provision of Locum services are legally binding, either orally or in writing. Any pharmacist who seeks or accepts reservations for such work through this company accepts the terms and conditions stated and all additional conditions applicable at the time of acceptance of a booking.
