Members of the Western Diagnostic Pathology recently celebrated an important milestone by sending a notice to their employer to initiate the formal process of negotiating a union agreement. We have received an offer from WA Health for a new 2020-2022 agreement. However, the most unusual was that the offer was not complete. This has no impact on the salary increases that will be repaid until July 1, 2020, but it does mean a delay before our management committee can respond to the offer subject to a vote of the members.
